General Refund Policy
Due to access to our Mindmaps, Document Bank, and/or immediate access to other content, refunds cannot be offered, unless specified below or detailed on the product page.
Spotlight Lawyer Community Memberships
We have a 7-day return/refund policy for Spotlight Lawyer Community Memberships, which means you have 7 days after purchasing your item to request a refund, provided you have not scheduled any Coaching Meetings.
To start a refund request, you can contact us at robert@spotlightlawyer.com with the order number and the email address used to make the purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
